what's so special about rolex watches?
why are they so expensive, frankly, i can't see the logic behind buying these outrageously priced items.
Fake Rolex watches: Do you have any qualms in using it?
Will you be comfortable enough to use it? I was given a fake rolex watch last year but it was cleared to me that that was fake and just a novelty item. There is no indication that it was fake, nicely done. I used it once but I didn't feel very comfortable in using it.
my new business idea
I just heard of a new site from China that sells all kinds of replicas of expensive products, like watches, purses, clothing, etc. For example, they sell Armani jeans, for under 30$ or Rolex watches for 50$. And I was thinking that I should buy some of these replicas and sell them at a profit. What do you think? First of all, should I trust a company from China? And secondly, do you think people would actually buy replicas of brand products from me? Since real Armani jeans go for 200$ and up, I would sell the replicas for 50$ or 60$.
If You Had The Money To Spend, Would You REALLY Want This?
In one of my discussions I asked if anyone has made really strange assumptions about you, and how people can get really bizarre erroneous ideas about a person. One of the repliers jokingly said, Oh, come on, I saw you leave your stretch limo with your Gucci bag waving at us poor folk....this was in reference how a neighbor had assumed that I had inherited $100,000 when my mother died..how I WISH. So I joked back saying...Drat I was hoping to be incognito but yes that was me in my Versace jeans, Christian Dior Blouse, and don't forget my $30,000 Rolex watch.Anyway it got me thinking...Now I know Rolex watchesARE expensive, but I was curious about just how much..and yikes I came across one that is listed as are you ready? $249,600 and is the Rolex: Day-Date Masterpiece (Platinum-Baguettes/ Meteorite-Diamonds/ Platinum-Baguettes)type watch. Now maybe since I've never been a "watch" person to begin with I just can't help thinking how ludicrous it is to spend so much money for one friggin' watch..in fact I haven't even worn a watch in over twenty-five years period. Heck my favorite watch that I still have is an E.T. watch that when you press a button plays the E.T. theme...
is it karma?
after all the issues and controversies about china products, don't you think it's some sort of a karma for them?do you think they're paying now for making lots of fake products, from fake gucci bags to fake rolex watches? and for making products of low quality? i'm not against china or something,i'm only stating a mere observation because it seems that most of their products have been banned or pulled out from various countries.what do you think?
Spam... is it really worth it?
Ah spam, spam, spam. That great delicious luncheon meat I have every morning with eggs... that is, if I can digest it.No, what I'm talking about is electronic spam (: I mean, now with advanced filters and spam protection systems, why do you think people still try and spam others' inboxes with ads that are going to be filtered anyway? Pretty much everyone I know either has a hotmail or a gmail or Ymail (or mail from some other big wig internet company out there) and they all have spam filters!Let's take those Rolex watches for one: To allow for one successful spam message, the message has to: 1. Reach someone without a spam filter - tiny, tiny chance of that there. 2. Reach someone who has enough money to buy a Rolex anyway - Ooh, probability's shrinking. 3. Reach someone who doesn't mind spam. -><; and 4. Finally reach someone who's interested in buying a Rolex anyway. How small a chance is that? O.oShare you spam stories below:3 Happy mylotting! I'll be dipping in and out from time to time.
